The booking confirmation is received in the mail address indicated during the purchase of the ticket. In case you don’t receive the email we suggest you check your junk mail folder and trash.

A call center is available to you at 081 497234 from 8.30 am to 8 pm. You may, alternatively, send an email to booking@lauro.it.

The procedure of modification of the ticket subject to availability, can be made before the date of departure and limited to the days and hours of service of our operators (Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30), by sending an email to booking@lauro.it, specifying in the subject “Modify Ticket”, with the following data: Name, Surname, Ticket Number, Booking Code, Mail, Phone.

On days and times other than those indicated above, it will be possible to change the ticket, subject to availability and before the date of departure, at our ticket offices.

For tickets purchased online, the change procedure can be carried out by sending an email to booking@lauro.it or by going to the airport ticket office.

For tickets purchased at the airport ticket office, changes can only be made at the office.

The comfort of seating on maritime units, the availability of Wi-Fi and the adoption of a series of measures aimed at ensuring maximum safety – starting with HEPA filters, which provide for the sterilization of the air on board – are mandatory aspects. We care about the needs of PMRs and moms by providing free onboard changing tables and a special drawing kit to help kids with their travel time.


We care about the comfort of our passengers and we guarantee the maximum comfort of travel in both indoor and outdoor seats, in compliance with all current regulations on safety and sanitation of environments.

Luggage is considered to be suitcases, travel bags, backpacks and the like, containing personal effects of the passenger. Passengers have the right to take with them a baggage of maximum size of 50x30x15 cm and maximum weight of 10 kg, if on board a ferry boat, and 5 kg, if on board a high speed craft, and containing only effects of personal use. Excess baggage may be allowed on board against payment of one ticket per excess baggage. Baggage, goods and various packages are allowed on board exclusively with the passenger and are embarked by the passenger himself. Baggage allowed on board may not be placed on chairs, armchairs or in such a way as to obstruct passengers. Packages not containing personal belongings of the passenger, especially if particularly bulky, will be embarked only in case of availability of space on board, provided that there are no impediments of a technical nature, at the sole discretion of the Board Command. The luggage service is optional and the fee is paid directly by the passenger. The luggage allowed on board is not guarded; it will be the responsibility of the passenger to watch over it and take care of it at boarding, during navigation and at disembarkation.
The passenger who introduces on board substances or objects of illicit possession will be liable to the Company for damages, fines and penalties incurred as a result of such introduction. The Company is exclusively liable, within the limits of the law, for valuables delivered, against regular receipt, to the Command. The passage ticket is personal, non-transferable and valid only for the transportation specified therein. Passengers are required to diligently keep the contract/ticket to justify their right to travel and to produce it to any Ship’s Officer or Company Official who requests it.
Tickets with abrasions and/or corrections are considered void. Any ticket not used by the date of issue will lose its validity without entitlement to a refund. Regulations and fares can be consulted at the agencies (ticket offices) on departure and on board the vessels. No duplicate will be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

We have always cared about your four-legged companions. Thus, unless otherwise required by law, we allow the carriage of dogs, cats and other small live pets accompanying passengers and against payment of the fee; animals must be kept exclusively outside the passenger lounges and in conditions that do not cause damage or inconvenience to passengers. No animals may be brought into passenger lounges or rooms, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind. Dogs must be muzzled and leashed. Cats or other pets must be transported in cages or baskets by their owners. Feeding of the animals is the responsibility of the owners.
For animals travelling with passengers, the following documentation is required: a valid health or veterinary certificate stating that the animal is not affected by disease and, in particular for dogs, that it has undergone anti-rabies vaccination. Such documentation may be requested at the time of issue of the relevant ticket or by the on-board personnel.

We decided long ago to break down the so-called architectural barriers. We thus propose trips on board fast maritime units that have set up an assistance service dedicated to people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The service – free of charge – can be used by those who request it within 48 hours from the date of departure. Specially selected and trained personnel assist with embarkation, disembarkation and accommodation on board.
